For nearly two decades saxophonist Dan Burke has been integral to both the Chicago and greater Midwest music scene. His distinctive approach to music has awarded him the experience to play with some of the world’s top musicians including Jason Marsalis, Clark Terry, and Charles McPherson. As a leader or sideman, Burke has performed at some of Chicago’s premier venues including The Green Mill, Andy’s Jazz Club, and headlining at the Chicago Blues Fest. Burke holds a B.M. from Northern Illinois University as well as a M.M. from DePaul University.

Wine and Small Plate Pairing Event
A night of delightful flavor combinations! This tasting event will feature five small courses curated by our Horsch Radish chefs. Each course will higlight a unique flavor experience, and a different wine will be paired with each small plate item. Our resident wine expert, Sally Lasser, will help guide you through the flavor profile of each wine, and our Horsch Radish team will introduce each dish with a note from our chefs. We're excited for you to join us at the table for this educational and delicious experience.

From 5:30-6:30 we will sing songs such as O Come All Ye Faithful, O Tannenbaum, We Three Kings, Frosty the Snowman, and more! Then, at 6:30, join us outside to enjoy Gibson City's Lighted Parade. Once this is done, you are welcome to rejoin us inside for more singing!
